This surface mount

CRL Casement Operator

has a diecast operator base with steel track arm. It is for out-swinging casement windows and only requires 1-3/8″ (35 mm) space between the screw and sash. It is a reversible, non-handed operator with a heavy-duty gear and steel arm. The operator allows for a 90 degree motion in either direction. Includes brass finish crank handle and zinc plated stamped steel roller bracket, which attaches to the face of the sash.
