CRL 33S Silicone

in 4.5 gallon (17 liter) pails, 48 gallon (182 liter) or 52 gallon (197 liter) drums. You get the same high quality, durable sealant that fills our cartridges, only in a bigger container. Bulk packaging cuts your costs on big jobs or in manufacturing applications because there’s less waste, and less clean-up.

There are eight standard colors: Clear, aluminum, black, bronze, tan, white, translucent white or mildew-resistant clear. Plus, if you’re looking for custom colors, we can do that for you too! Technical Data

: Meets or exceeds Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A Class A (COM-NBS) for silicone building sealants; TT-S-00230C Class A (COM-NBS) for one-component silicone sealants; ASTM C-920 for elastomer joint sealants, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A; CGSB 19GP-13. CRL 33S meets the requirements of FDA Regulation Number 21 CFR177.2600 for use in food-related applications, such as walk-in freezers and refrigerated trucks. CRL 33S is authorized by the United States Department of Agriculture for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants, and has been classified as USDA-P1. CRL 33S is Certified by NSF to Standard 51 – Plastic Materials and Components used in Food Equipment. CRL 33S is UL listed.

Warranty

: 33S Silicone Sealant has a ten year limited warranty. Once it is properly applied and thoroughly set up, it is warranted to stay flexible used under normal conditions. Important Notes: Not recommended for structural silicone or insulating glass glazing, concrete and stone expansion joints, horizontal decks, patios, driveway or terrace joints where abrasion is possible. Not recommended for surfaces with special protective or cosmetic coatings such as mirrors, reflective glass, polyethylene or polypropylene surfaces. Not recommended for use on concrete, marble, limestone, below water (swimming pools), plazas, decks, pavements, etc. Remove all old sealant before applying new. Not suitable for painting.
